Post from Switzerland: Felchlin has sent us six 80 gr plates of cocoa mass, with three different roasting profiles. It is awesome, how puristic a 100% chocolate taste. We are very impressed.

Christoph also spoke to Holger in't Veld today to get the feedback after the tasting. Of eight chocolates, ours with one from Nicaragua scored best..
