Our cocoa in master's hand

Georg Bernardini - the author of the book "Chocolate - The Reference Standard - The chocolate tester 2015" has produced a chocolate from our cocoa. 64% cocoa, 6% cocoa butter and 30% raw cane sugar. The chocolate tastes absolutely fantastic!
