Today Marsha and Christoph send cocoa mass from Felchlin to selected chocolatiers. From Guatemala comes the news that Jeffrey has bought a dehydration- and vacuum. We want to dry fresh cocoa beans, since this is also a very interesting product variant. We also want to test how long fresh cocoa beans with fruit pulp are kept fresh in a vacuumed bag.
