Ice, Ice – Baby...

What is more beautiful on a warm summer evening than a homemade ice cream for dessert? In collaboration with Yvonne, Marsha and Christoph process a portion of the chocolate that Georg Bernardini has made for us to a very delicious chocolate ice cream. Goat's milk is used as the basis for this ice cream. From the egg white which is left over from the ice-production, we bake meringues, sprinkled with the juice of freshly picked blackberries, and sprinkled with hazelnut croquet. A real taste experience!!
