Chocolate Manufactory Schell

Second customer visit at Chocolate Manufactory Schell in Gundelsheim / Rhineland Palatinate. Mr. Schell is also very enthusiastic about our cocoa and the story we have to tell. Mr. Schell obtains his cocoa mass and couverture from Max Felchlin AG in Switzerland. He advises us to get in touch with the colleagues there to introduce our cocoa. He also wants to send a part of his sample to Georg Bernardini to get his personal opinion about the cocoa. At Mr. Schell's place, we are also acquiring Bernardinis Chocolate Bible "Chocolate - The Reference Standard - The Chocolate Tester 2015". This book will be a great help for us researching to gain new customers.
