At finca Don Peter

The drying of the beans runs on the Finca "Don Peter" on full tours thanks to the good weather in Izabal.

Conclusion: optics very successful - taste mediocre and expandable. This is probably due to the quantity and type of milk powder used.

In the evening there is a good meal - grilled lamb chops on a red wine chocolate jus with potato gratin and bacon beans. Delicious!!
