Schnaps – that was his last word...
And it goes on with the experiments. Marsha and Christoph have made almost 8 weeks ago a mixture of roasted beans with sugar – one with rum and once with double grain schnaps. Today the beans are removed and the liqueur is filtered. The taste is quite good. Then we take again flight-fermented DHL beans and put them in full 96% alcohol with whole-grain sugar. The beans still have fruit pulp, which has already formed alcohol through the fermentation process. Again, we are eager to see how the results will be in a few weeks.
