Today we had a long phone call with Felchlin. They confirmed us once again how well the cocoa beans were received at their examiners, which is not necessarily the rule in the case of an initial inspection. They suggest us to make a test production of cocoa mass, so we can introduce this product to interested chocolatiers. For this purpose we should send another sample of 2 kg to Switzerland. Felchlin will produce three masses with different roasting profiles.
