New machines for the craft production of chocolate

It rings at the door: The postman is here! With a very large package from Switzerland. There are the two machines we ordered five days ago: A "cracker" for breaking the beans and a "Winnower" or "separator" for separating the shells and nibs. We can not test the cracker, since we have no freshly roasted beans. But we are testing the Winnower immediately with the break, which we produced with the CJ on 24th of Aug 2017. At the beginning we had to make a few fine adjustments on the valves, but then the machine works very well. We find barely nibs in the deposited shells and vice versa. We are very relieved that the investment has paid off.
