Marsha and Christoph are starting a second attempt to produce chocolate. To this end, we want to melt the sweet chocolate from the previous day, stretch it with cocoa mass and re-shape it after re-tempering. In addition, we want to sublimate the chocolate with the peel from dried oranges. The result is definitely better than the previous day, the chocolate is not so sweet - we still have to work on the flavors for the refinement.
